Hi, I'm Beth, owner and certified personal trainer.  I want to share the beginning of my fitness journey with you.  I was a weak, skinny, depressed stay-at-home mom. I started out with a simple, measly, but achievable goal of two push ups a day.  I set it up so I wouldn't fail!  This was several years ago, but I wanted to share that I started from rock bottom and with consistent effort, I've brought my health to the best that it has ever been.  I'm now "younger" in my 50s than I was in my 40s.  

I want this gym to be the home of your transformation, too.  I want you to walk in and feel comfortable here and not be intimidated by the equipment or the people.  I want you to know that little by little, you can change your health, and that I am here to help and support you and be a resource.  Please feel free to reach out to me if you need help setting and working towards a goal.  I can give you basic guidance for a workout or you can hire me as your trainer. 

I really want this gym to be more than just a building with a bunch of equipment.  Judging by the people who are coming in, I know that it will be.  I'd love for you to be a part of this.
